Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

ASK DM sells access to (a) a video course teaching you how to organize your own immigration case narrative and evidence, and (b) an AI-based case builder that reads your narrative and your Google Drive documents to produce a draft petition package (cover page, evidence list, table of contents). These two are sold together, not separately.

What the AI case builder actually does — and does not do:

• It restates facts you already wrote in your own narrative, in the third person, formatted for a petition document. It does not add facts, achievements, dates, or claims that are not explicitly present in what you provided.
• It organizes, labels, and names your uploaded files into an exhibit list and table of contents — technical formatting of documents you already have, not creation of new evidence.
• It does not evaluate your eligibility, does not assess your likelihood of approval, and does not recommend or select a visa category. Those are legal judgments for a licensed attorney, not something this tool does.

The output of the AI case builder is a draft based entirely on what you provide. It is not reviewed by a licensed attorney unless you separately arrange that yourself. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and finalizing anything before it is submitted to any government agency.

2. Access period

Purchase grants access for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew — no further charge happens automatically. If you want continued access after 12 months, that's a separate, explicit purchase.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have opened no more than one course lesson.
• Once you've opened more than one lesson, or used the AI case builder, the refund window closes — this is a digital product and access has already been substantively delivered and used.
• If you're experiencing a technical problem with access (can't log in, video won't play, etc.), that's handled separately from the refund policy above — email us and we'll fix it or make it right.

4. Your responsibilities

• The narrative and documents you provide must be truthful and your own to share.
• You control access to your own Google Drive folder — sharing it with our read-access account is your action, and you can revoke that access at any time.
• You're responsible for the final accuracy and legality of anything you file with any government agency, regardless of what the AI case builder produced.

5. No outcome guarantee

Purchasing the course or using the case builder does not guarantee approval of any immigration petition. Outcomes depend entirely on your individual case, which is decided solely by USCIS or the relevant government authority — not by us.

6. Account and access

Your account is created automatically after purchase and secured via email-based login (magic link) or Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your account. Access granted to internal codes (e.g. for partners or manual grants) follows the same rules as a purchased account unless stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account access with others, attempt to access another customer's case data, use the platform to generate documents for someone else's case without their authorization, or attempt to circumvent the visa-category restriction tied to your purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

ASK DM and its team are not liable for immigration outcomes, decisions made by government agencies, or damages arising from your use or misuse of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The platform is provided "as is."

9. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
